Guidelines
Contestants must be 9 years of age or older.
Contestants must live, work or attend school in Asbury Park.
Audition Winners will be in the running for the Final Showcase.
Contestants will be in the running for cash prizes and an array of awards.

How it All Began
As a result of the IFN’s Wells Fargo Regional Foundation Planning Grant, members of the 2019 youth stakeholder subcommittee expressed an interest in giving the community something positive and stimulating, as well as a platform to showcase local talent.
Through the guidance of Community Outreach Specialist Diane Shelton and her network of community partners and volunteers, their dream became a reality.
“Everyone loves a talent show,” Shelton said. “The only thing more fun than watching one is participating. The feeling one gets when the audience applauds is one of validation for one’s efforts and provides a sense of elation found nowhere else.”
