These nutritious flavor bombs make the perfect garnish.
You will go home with a reusable tray, some soil and your pick of seeds for a full harvest at home.
Microgreens, a so called super food, are shoots of vegetables like mustard, radish and cilantro. They can be used to garnish salads, soups, sandwiches or whole dinner plates (we’ll share some of our own recipes). Microgreens are super nutritious and bursting with flavor. Since microgreens are harvested when they are a mere 2″ tall, they can be grown pretty much anywhere within a little over a week.
This class will be taught by Doug Glander from your local hydroponics store on 3329A Doris Ave, Ocean, NJ.
