We make a living by what we
get, but we make a life by what we give.

TO OUR DONORS
You are the best! Our programs cannot succeed without
donations from compassionate people like you. We are proud
of our record over these many years that 96 to 97% of
donations go directly in our programs. Please mail all
donations (check or money order) to our office at 810
Fourth Ave. Asbury Park, N.J. 07712. All donations
are tax deductible and written acknowledgements are mailed
promptly. Contributions large and small are gratefully
accepted.
You can designate your contribution
to be used at our discretion or you can request one of
the following programs. For other ways to donate, click

Nutrition (Meals-on-Wheels)
- Prepares approximately 400,000 meals annually to the
elderly population of Monmouth county not only takes cooperation
of our large staff, the coordination of over 600 volunteers,
the Monmouth County funding grants but donations from
meal recipients and people like you! This is a massive
undertaking but when you consider that we feed approximately
4,000 seniors annually, all would agree that the combined
efforts produce the most worthwhile results.
Rental
Assistance Working poor families
struggling with the high cost of rents. Often, a family
that has fallen on hard times which can mean a job loss,
a father or mother meeting an unfortunate accident, a
child stricken with leukemia or a family where the breadwinner
just does not have the skills to earn more than $10 an
hour and simply cannot survive on unskilled wages. Add
child care, medicine, transportation and food and you
can be assured that eviction and homelessness are just
around the corner.
Affordable
Housing While we have completed
construction on 16 houses and fulfilled the American Dream
of homeownership we are just beginning. With major plans
to build in Asbury Park and Neptune, we seek contributions
as we build only affordable units and seek no profit for
ourselves. Your contribution would help us to cover the
cost of our operation to ensure very low sale prices to
our working poor, first-time homeowners.
NJ
Youth Corp of Monmouth County
Our newest program is to help men and woman between the
ages of 16 25 who have not been able to complete
high school, have a second chance at education. These
young adults have been misguided somewhere along the way.
What a challenge! Simple reading and writing skills need
to be enhanced. Job training is also a substantial component.
Because a high ratio of teacher to student is required,
we cannot operate this program without additional support
from our donors.
